The game shines very well with its technical component – everything is very beautiful, even today. But at the same time, for half the game we are poked with our faces into gray, tasteless locations, in order to occasionally give the engine and artists a chance to run wild on some mission, like a sniper run through the jungle or final scenes in futuristic scenery.

But the rest of the game raises a lot of questions. Especially to the plot and in general to the actions on the screen in general. Sometimes you catch yourself thinking that you absolutely don’t understand the meaning of the unfolding cut scenes – the heroes decide something, yell at each other, change their plans on the fly, and you don’t understand their motivation at all and wonder why we are now suddenly switching from plan A to plan B. The relationships between the characters also seemed completely false to me and even funny in places.

The scene with the https://sportingbet-casino.uk/games/ captain, who over and over again withdrew the earthling troops, and then suddenly changed his mind, after a two-minute conversation with two subordinates (which boiled down to a couple of phrases in the spirit of “We don’t care about your orders – either help, or don’t interfere”), frankly caused a small chuckle.

You only believe Dr. Stahl – this is truly a colorful and lively character. It’s a shame he’s the only one for the entire game.At times, the plot seems to revolve around his quest to take power into his own hands, with the global conflict of two races hanging out in the background. The protagonists are generally typical military templates – brave soldiers are faithful to duty, but if something happens they can risk their asses to save a couple of people whom the command gave up on in the name of the success of the mission.

There will also be complaints about the gameplay itself. The enemies here tend to withstand almost half a machine gun clip (this is on normal difficulty). At the same time, nothing prevents them from “putting” you down in one and a half crazy queues. If you are injured, your partners periodically have the habit of yelling “I’ll heal you now” 3 times!”, being a couple of meters away from you, and then suddenly conclude “I won’t be able to come closer!"and our hero, with hatred in his eyes, rolls back to the nearest checkpoint. The AI generally behaves funny – it either acts very intelligently, completely unexpectedly for the player, finding a loophole and finding itself in the rear, then suddenly decides to lower the iq of the entire location.

I played through the game on “normal” and in total hit the ground with my face almost a hundred times. This is despite the fact that in the shooter genre I can hardly call myself a rogue. You die here, sometimes, because of very strange things – while flying on a spaceship, where you fly at the behest of scripts and control only a turret with a VERY limited firing radius, you can easily be destroyed by guns on an enemy ship that are out of your reach. Episodes with different techniques, in theory, are designed to diversify the gameplay and excite the player with vigorous action. In fact, sometimes you have to watch a series of ridiculous deaths for some unknown reason, until you memorize where the enemy is coming from and learn to shoot everyone down almost instantly.

Because of all these shortcomings, replay value drops to zero. To be honest, I went through the last 2 missions with force and involuntarily caught myself thinking that, perhaps, I have never been so happy about the final credits. By the way, even here they managed to spoil the raspberries – there’s no way to skip the credits – sit and look at the list of people who managed to stuff an absolutely average and passable joke, albeit with a couple of interesting solutions, into the wrapper of a hyped mega-exclusive, which, I must admit, was drooling at first.

Well, in general this is more of a topic for discussion, rather than the desire to show everyone your “important opinion”. Share, friends, how do you feel about this game??
And from me it’s a “passover”, tomorrow I’ll go with peace of mind to exchange the disk in the nearest store specialized for this.
